I founded Hynd & Partners because I felt there was a better way to recruit Project Managers for construction consultancies.

Before starting the business, I built my career in construction consultancy and site management, working across projects in London and Oxfordshire. I have managed programmes, worked closely with clients, coordinated delivery teams and seen what strong Project Management looks like in practice.

That experience shapes how I approach recruitment.

A strong Project Manager is not defined by a job title alone. The right appointment depends on sector experience, client handling, programme discipline, commercial awareness, communication style and the ability to operate within a specific consultancy environment.

That level of judgement requires more than a surface-level reading of a CV.

Hynd & Partners works exclusively with project management consultancies, supporting permanent appointments from Assistant Project Manager through to Associate Director and senior delivery leadership.

I work on a small number of assignments at a time so each search is handled properly, with clear communication, focused assessment and a considered shortlist.

I am not trying to build an agency that does everything for everyone. Hynd & Partners exists to specialise in the market I understand: Project Management recruitment for construction consultancies.
